USC’s Stefan Dostanic Named Pac-12 Men’s Tennis Player of the Week

As USC men’s tennis won a pair of duals over the weekend, senior Stefan Dostanic secured his fourth Pac-12 Player of the Week honors. 
 
Competing at the USTA National Campus, Dostanic snagged a pair of singles wins as he helped USC to victory over #15 Florida (5-2) and #13 Georgia (4-2). Playing on center court, #79 Dostanic defeated Florida’s Axel Nefve 6-2, 6-3 to even the score for the Trojans against the Gators. A day later, Dostanic returned to defeat the No. 1 ranked singles player in the country, Ethan Quinn of Georgia, with a 6-3, 6-2 decision at No. 1 singles. 
 
In doubles, he teamed up with Bradley Frye to defeat Geogia’s No. 19 ranked duo of Bryde/Quinn 6-4 on center court. 
 
Next up for Dostanic and the Trojans is a trip to the State for a dual against No. 4 Michigan on Monday, February 13 at 3 p.m PST/6 p.m. EST.
