NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt men’s tennis will open home play on Saturday, hosting Princeton at 11 a.m. and Tennessee State at 3:30 p.m.
The Dores will be looking for their first win of the season, having dropped both matches last weekend at ITA Kickoff in Los Angeles.
Ivy League Adversary
Princeton (1-3) comes to town this weekend after splitting their matches at the Virginia Regional of ITA Kickoff. After defeating SEC opponent Ole Miss, the Tigers were unable to top No. 1 Virginia.
This weekend’s matchup will mark the first between Vanderbilt and Princeton.
Music City Matchup
Vanderbilt holds an 8-0 record over Tennessee State (1-3), who will make the two-mile trip to Vandy Saturday afternoon. Last season saw the Dores top the Tigers 2-0 in a home-and-home series, winning 5-0 in February’s matchup and 6-1 in March.
Tennis and Treats
Free Tiff’s Treats will be available to fans at the marketing table while supplies last!
