DURHAM – The fourth-ranked Duke women’s tennis team (5-0) will close an eight-match homestand to start the season this weekend as the Blue Devils host Harvard, Georgetown and North Carolina Central inside Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center in Durham, N.C.

Duke will first welcome Harvard on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 12 p.m., followed by Georgetown on Sunday, Feb. 5 at 2 p.m., and North Carolina Central on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.  

On Saturday for the Harvard match, parking will be more of a challenge due to Duke men’s basketball hosting North Carolina that evening.  General public parking will be available for guests attending the women’s tennis match in the Circuit Lots on Circuit Drive starting at 7 a.m. All general public parking for men’s and women’s tennis will open at 7 a.m. Parking will be free of charge from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

On Sunday, parking will be available in the blue zone like normal.  For more information on parking, click here.

The Series with Harvard

The Blue Devils and the Crimson will meet for the sixth time in school history and for the first time in 20 years. Duke is 5-0 all-time in the series and won its last match against Harvard on Feb. 2, 2002 by a 4-3 ledger.  The Blue Devils are 3-0 in matches played in Durham.

Duke Versus the Ivy League

The Blue Devils are 34-4 all-time versus the Ivy League Conference. Duke is on a current 26-match win streak versus Ivy League opponents.
