Prize money is on the rise at Roland-Garros.
The tournament announced on Friday that first-round losers, qualifiers, wheelchair and quad participants will take home a greater percentage of the pie.
Prize money for this year’s Roland-Garros will total EUR 49.6m, up 12.3 per cent on 2022. Overall prize money will rise 12.3 percent, with singles participants seeing an overall boost of 9.1 percent, doubles will rise 4 percent and wheelchair and quad will jump a booming 40 percent.
