COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The No. 19 Wisconsin women’s tennis team (15-4) took down No. 49 Maryland (14-4) at College Park on Sunday to finish off its away schedule for the regular season. No. 65 ranked Maria Sholokhova and Ava Markham sealed the doubles point for the Badgers after a strong 6-3 win over Marta Perez Mur and Minorka Miranda.

No. 44 Markham gave the team its second overall point after beating Perez Mur, 6-2, 6-4, in singles. Cataldi followed that up with a dominate 6-3, 6-0 performance against Maryland’s Hannah McColgan. Reigning Big Ten Player of the Week and No. 92 ranked Maria Sholokhova sealed the win for Wisconsin after beating Miranda 6-3, 6-3.
