Boilermakers Fall to Buckeyes – Purdue Boilermakers

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Purdue women’s tennis had a rough road trip with a loss to No. 7 Ohio State.

Sophomores Carmen Gallardo Guevara and Tara Katarina Milic brought home a win in doubles over Isabelle Boulais and Shelley Bereznyak from Ohio State. The duo fought at No. 2 doubles to record a 6-4 win.

The Boilermakers fought through singles. Redshirt senior Liz Norman and senior Csilla Fodor both faced ranked opponents at No. 1 and No. 2. Both Boilermakers battled in their matches and faced tiebreakers in the first sets. They were neck and neck with their respective opponents when the match was called.
