Three days of home action to close the Fall season get started Friday.

Florida men’s tennis is set to host the Gator Fall Invite at Linder Stadium at Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex, with action running Friday through Sunday. This weekend marks the team’s only home event on the Fall calendar, as well as the final competition of the Fall season.

The Gators play host to participants from Miami, UCF and Clemson for the weekend. The Gator Fall Invite features singles and doubles competition throughout all three days, with players having the opportunity to face opponents from all participating schools.

Florida’s first Fall season under new head coach Adam Steinberg has had a series of highlights already, with the Gators sweeping the singles and doubles titles at the Bedford Cup, 14 singles victories at ITA All-Americans and a quarterfinal run at the ITA Southeast Regionals by freshman Jeremy Jin.

Admission to the Gator Fall Invite is free. Each day will consist of two sessions of play, with UF’s competitors primarily slotted for the sessions at 4 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.
