COLLEGE PARK, Md. — The 2022 University of Maryland women’s tennis fall schedule was announced Tuesday by head coach Katie Dougherty. See the full schedule here.
“I’m looking forward to getting started this fall at home at the Bedford Cup,” said Dougherty, who is entering her fourth season as the head coach of the Terps. “We’ll have athletes at various events all fall with a beefed up schedule allowing us to get more shots at ranked players. We have a veteran squad this year with no freshmen and will use the fall to make individual adjustments and prepare for the spring. I’m happy with how everyone came back refreshed and focused and looking forward to a great year.”
The fall season will begin with the Terrapins hosting the Bedford Cup from September 30 to October 2 in College Park. The slate features six tournaments across six states, including a trip to San Diego, California.
