Tigers Host Virginia Tech For Senior Day

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson Tigers are set to host Virginia Tech on Saturday, April 13 at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility. The match is slated for 12 p.m. and will be the Tiger’s Senior Day match as they are set to honor Ryuhei Azuma, Trey Stinchcomb and Spencer Whitaker.
The Tigers are coming off a recent 7-0 sweep over Alabama State and a 2-5 loss to No. 3 Virginia. Marko Mesarovic and Max Smith were 2-0 on the day as they both recorded singles wins over the Hornets and the Cavaliers.
Virginia Tech is coming off a recent 2-5 loss to Georgia Tech. The Hokies are currently 3-8 in conference-play and 1-5 on the road.
In the rankings, the doubles duo of Vukadin and Smith is currently ranked No. 89 in the nation while freshman Wissam Abderrahman (No. 95) and Ryuhei Azuma (No. 104) are ranked in singles.
