Italy leads Greece 1-0 in United Cup Final Four
Martina Trevisan won an epic battle on Friday evening to hand Team Italy a 1-0 lead against Team Greece in the United Cup Final Four. The lefty upset World No. 6 Maria Sakkari 6-3, 6-7(4), 7-5 in three hours and 15 minutes inside Ken Rosewall Arena.
Lorenzo Musetti will try to extend his country’s lead in the No. 2 men’s singles match against Stefanos Sakellaridis.
