COLLEGE PARK, MD – The No. 59 University of Maryland women’s tennis team (16-8, 5-6 B1G) fell to No. 9 Ohio State (18-6, 10-1 B1G) 4-0 on Sunday morning at the Junior Tennis Champions Center.
The Terps dropped the opening point of the match after losing doubles play at No. 1 and No. 2.. On court 3, seniors Jojo Bach and Hannah McColgan won 6-3.
The Terps lost in the singles at No. 6 and No. 5 singles. #18 Irina Cantos Siemers clinched the match for the Buckeyes on court 1 (6-3, 6-2)
