SEATTLE – The No. 25 Washington women’s tennis team (14-6, 3-2 Pac-12) look to build on a four-match win streak this weekend as they take on Arizona and Arizona State.
 
The Huskies will face the 43rd-ranked Arizona Wildcats Friday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. before facing Arizona State Saturday at noon.
 
Washington has won its last three Pac-12 matches and is nursing a four-match winning streak as the Huskies most recently defeated Oregon 4-2 in Eugene.
 
Alexia Jacobs (13-2) is No. 83 in the singles rankings and has been ranked nationally since Feb. 20. Astrid Olsen (13-4) made her singles ranking debut at No. 125 this week, and the pair are notched in doubles at No. 56.
 
Catherine Gagnon and Melissa Sakar are listed 72nd for the second straight time as the pair is 5-1 on the year.
 
THE COMPETITION – NO. 43 ARIZONA
 
The Wildcats (12-9) are coming off a 4-2 win as they’ve had time off since their last match on March 24. Arizona is 1-4 in conference play with a lone Pac-12 win over Oregon (4-2).
 
Reece Carter (No. 111) is the only Wildcat in the rankings this week.
 
THE COMPETITION – NO. 38 ARIZONA STATE
 
After two weeks off, the 38th Sun Devils (9-8) are 1-4 in Pac-12 play with their lone win coming at Oregon (4-0).
 
The Sun Devils’ Patricija Spaka and Chelsea Fontenel are ranked No. 34 nationally as a doubles pair. Marianna Argyrokastriti and Patricija Spaka are No. 77 as well.
 
ASU’s Giulia Morlet (No. 79) and Emilija Tverijonaite (No. 87) are ranked in singles.
