Women’s Tennis Prepares for Martha Thorn Invitational


UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State women’s tennis team will continue their fall schedule at the Martha Thorn Invitational hosted by West Virginia. The tournament with begin on Friday, Oct. 7 and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 9.
 
The Nittany Lions will send Danielle Alamo, Karly Friedland, Ioana Gheorghita and Alina Lebedeva to Morgantown for the tournament. 
 
Throughout the weekend, the Blue and White will compete against West Virginia, Duquesne, JMU and Louisville. 
 
Following the Martha Thorn Invitational, Penn State will travel to Columbus for the Ohio State Invite.
