SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah women’s tennis team will participate in its first spring match on Friday, Jan. 19, when they host Montana State and Utah Tech in a double header at the George S. Eccles Tennis Center. The 2024 spring schedule is highlighted by the Utes playing 11 home matches. To view the complete schedule, click here.
The first match for the Utes will be on Friday, Jan. 19, when they host a double header taking on Montana State and in-state foe, Utah Tech. Utah returns to action with one more home match against Idaho State on Jan. 21.
Utah will participate in the ITA Kickoff in Ann Arbor, Michigan by taking on Michigan as well as the winner of either Purdue or Arkansas.The Utes will return to Salt Lake City to host BYU in a rivalry matchup on Feb. 9.
Utah will then travel to Denver (Feb. 16) before hosting Colorado State (Feb. 18). The Utes will then play four consecutive matches on the road taking on Minnesota (Feb. 24) in Memphis, Ten. before taking on the Tigers of Memphis (Feb. 25). Utah will then travel to San Diego to take on both San Diego (March 1) and San Diego State (March 3).
The Utes next home match marks the start of Pac-12 play with Oregon on March 10. Utah will take on Washington State, Washington, California and Stanford all on the road before returning home and hosting the final five matches of the season against UCLA, USC, Arizona State, Arizona and Colorado.
The Pac-12 Championships will take place April 24-28 in Ojai, Calif.
