Wildcats Head to Texas for TCU Invite

FORT WORTH, Texas.- Arizona women’s tennis will continue their fall tournament season in Fort Worth, Texas for The Jae Foundation Fall Open hosted by TCU Oct. 31- Nov. 3.

The Wildcats are sending Josie Usereau, Danielle Tuhten, Stephanie Shogreen, and Karissa Ghigiarelli to TCU to represent Arizona this upcoming weekend. The tournament will be formatted in hidden dual matches, including 4 vs. 4 doubles and 8 vs. 8 singles, with the possibility of pairing teams with others if they do not have a full complement of eight players. The final number of participants will dictate whether the doubles matches are played to 6 or as a pro set to 8, as well as whether the singles matches consist of the standard 2 out of 3 sets or utilize a super tiebreaker for the third set.

Competition will begin Thursday with doubles starting at 4:00 p.m. MST and singles at 5:00 p.m. MST.
