Tigers Ranked No. 38 in Latest ITA Poll – Clemson Tigers Official Athletics Site

CLEMSON, S.C. — The Clemson women’s tennis team (11-4, 1-3 ACC) moved up to No. 38 in the ITA team rankings released on Tuesday. The Tigers have played tough ranked opponents of late, and have been extremely competitive in their early ACC slate of matches.

Dani Medvedeva earned the first singles ranking of her career after defeating then No. 51 singles player Abigail Rencheli of NC State. Medvedeva is now the No. 125 singles player and holds an 11-1 record in dual matches this season.

The Tigers will be tested once again in their next pair of matches, as they host No. 1 North Carolina on Friday and No. 9 Duke on Sunday. First serves are scheduled for 3 p.m. and noon, respectively.
