Shunsuke Mitsui, Alejandro Moreno, Jose Garcia and Alan Jesudason were the individuals who earned singles victories on the day against representatives from Indiana. Moreno’s impressive triumph came in three sets against a ranked foe in No. 59 Jip van Assendelft, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.
Jesudason and Mitsui acquired the lone doubles victory on the day for UT, defeating Luc Boulier and Jip van Assendelft, 6-0. Both individuals tallied an undefeated 6-0 record throughout the event, with three wins together as doubles teammates and the other three coming individually in singles play

BIG ORANGE, BIG DEBUTS
This weekend, five of the six players that competed for Tennessee made their first appearances as Vols. The newcomers totaled 12 victories in singles and three doubles wins with both newcomers competing.
