Stotland Adds Fulgenzi to Roster

TUCSON – Graduate transfer Brandelyn Fulgenzi will join the Wildcats for the upcoming 2023-24 season, as announced by Head Coach Ryan Stotland on Tuesday.

“Brandelyn is someone who has created a big name for herself in tennis and done a lot of things the hard way,” said Head Coach Ryan Stotland. “We are fortunate to be adding a Player of the Year in the Southland Conference. She has many accomplishments already, and we know she is not satisfied with what she has already accomplished and is hungry for more. We all are excited to get someone of Brandelyn’s stature and look forward to bringing her in and helping her reach new heights. We know that Wildcat Nation will help support her and are just as excited as we are to to see her on the court!”

Fulgenzi comes to Tucson from Incarnate Word where she was the Southland Conference Player of the Year for the 2022-23 season. The Las Vegas, N.M., native earned All-SLC First Team honors in doubles for her senior season as well.
