Six Members of Wolfpack Women's Tennis Earn Selection to ITA All-American Championships


TEMPE, Ariz. – A total of six NC State women’s tennis players have been selected to participate in singles and doubles at the upcoming 2022 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Women’s All-American Championships.

Qualifying Singles (Oct. 3-4)

Abigail Rencheli – first alternate for main draw

Pre-Qualifying Singles (Oct. 1-2)

Alana Smith – first alternate for qualifying draw

Diana Shnaider

Gina Dittman

Nell Miller

Amelia Rajecki

Qualifying Doubles (Oct. 3-4)

Smith/Shnaider – second alternate for main draw

Miller/Rajecki

Pre-Qualifying Doubles (Oct. 1-2)

Rencheli/Abrams

The event is set to run Oct. 1-9 close to home at the Cary Tennis Park. Twelve players will advance from the pre-qualifying to the qualifying draw in singles, and another eight qualifiers from there will earn a spot in the main singles draw. In doubles, four pre-qualifers will move on to the qualifying draw and six pairs from there will then secure berths in the main doubles draw.
