Seven Huskies Earn ITA All-Academic Honors

SEATTLE – Every member of UW’s 2024 roster earned academic honors this week, as the ITA All-Academic Awards as well as the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll were announced. Three Huskies earned both honors.

The ITA also features team honors, which Washington won for the 10th year in a row. To earn All-Academic Team status, a team must earn a 3.2 GPA or above for the prior academic year.

Seven Huskies earned ITA All-Academic individual status, including Dariya Detkovskaya, Sarah-Maude Fortin, Catherine Gagnon, Alexia Jacobs, Erika Matsuda, Astrid Olsen, and Melissa Sakar. The individual honor requires a 3.5 GPA for the prior year.

The Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll featured Fortin, Matsuda, Sakar, and Zehra Suko. Any student-athlete on their respective team roster with a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.3-or-above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible for the distinction.
