Penn State Heads to Liberty Hidden Dual for Fall Finale


LYNCHBURG, Va. — The Penn State men’s tennis teams heads to Lynchburg, Va. this weekend for their final fall tournament of the season at the Liberty Hidden Dual. Penn State will face host Liberty, Penn and Old Dominion as the Nittany Lions look for a strong close to the fall season.
 
Friday’s schedule features Penn State against Liberty, in addition to three outdoors singles matches versus Penn. The Nittany Lions will then take on the Monarchs from Old Dominion on Saturday. Two more singles matches against Penn, as well as a singles contest between Old Dominion and Penn State will take place outside. Penn State wraps up the tournament against Penn on Sunday.
 
The Nittany Lions have put together a strong fall season, highlighted by the recent success at ITA Super Atlantic Regionals in their most recent action two weeks ago. Miko Eala, Chikaya Sato, Charl Morgan, Bora Sengul and Malik Bhatnagar all punched their tickets to the event by advancing to the quarterfinals of the ITA Regionals the weekend prior.
 
Results and recaps from each day of the Liberty Hidden Dual will be available on GoPSUSports.com at the conclusion of the days’ action.
 
Following this weekend’s fall finale, Penn State will set its sights on the spring season. The Nittany Lions’ spring schedule will be announced in the coming months.
