ATHENS, Ga – The Georgia Tech men’s tennis team concluded the day with a 5-2 loss at Georgia.
Georgia Tech started competition off, clinging the doubles point. Andres Martin and Gabriele Brancatelli made quick work of their match, defeating Georgia’s Paulsell and Colby 6-2. Marcus McDaniel and Keshav Chopra found themselves clinching the doubles point over Georgia’s Ratiu and Blaydes 6-3
The Jackets recorded a win in singles play. McDaniel defeated No. 36 Ryan Colby in identical 6-3 sets.
