The Lead: After a week off, the No. 1 ranked Tar Heels will travel to No. 48 Boston College and No. 29 Syracuse for its final ACC road trip of the 2023 season this weekend. UNC will face the Eagles on Friday morning while Sunday’s match against the Orange is set for 10:30 a.m. and will be televised on ACCNX.

Storylines:

  • With a win on Friday, the Tar Heels would clinch its 21st victory in a row. 21 straight victories would equal the fifth-longest winning streak in program history.

  • North Carolina is 17-0 against Boston College under head coach Brian Kalbas.

  • The Tar Heels are 12-0 all-time against the Orange.

  • Head coach Brian Kalbas has never lost to Syracuse since the Orange joined the ACC in 2014.
