RALEIGH The NC State men’s tennis team will host a ranked opponent for the second time this season, taking on No. 4 Michigan.
The Wolfpack (4-3) has played two ranked opponents (Harvard and South Carolina) so far this season.
NC State leads the all-time series with the Wolverines, 4-2. This will be the first time the two teams have met since 2020.

Last time out: The Wolfpack beat NCCU 7-0 at home Wednesday night. NC State improved to 6-0 all-time against the Eagles (0-4).
Pack in the rankings: The Pack has a pair of doubles teams in the ITA Rankings, released on Wednesday. The duo of Joe Wayand and Rafael Iziquierdo Luque are currently ranked No. 13. Robin Catry and Luca Staeheli are ranked No. 43.
Scouting the Wolverines: Michigan (8-0) has four individuals ranked in the top 50 and one ranked doubles team. Their highest ranked player is Andrew Fenty at No. 7.
