Men's Tennis | Closing Out the Commodore Invite

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Jeremie Casabon highlighted the Vanderbilt men’s tennis team’s results Sunday on the final day of the Commodore Invitational held at the Currey Tennis Center.

He defeated Justin Schlageter of Oklahoma in three sets for his third victory in two days to win the consolation bracket of the Pete Sampras draw, and also paired with Connor Robb-Wilcox to claim a tiebreaker over a duo from Ole Miss and the consolation draw of the doubles blue bracket.

The tournament was the first of four this fall for the Vandy, which will return to action when select members of the program compete at the ITA All-American Championship beginning Oct. 2 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
