Men’s Tennis Blanked by No. 2 Ohio State


COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Penn State men’s tennis team (13-11, 0-7 B1G) dropped a 4-0 match to No. 2 Ohio State (24-2, 7-0 B1G) at the Auer Tennis Complex on Saturday afternoon.  

DOUBLES 

The Buckeyes grabbed the doubles point on courts one and three.  

Ohio State took court one in a 6-2 decision that saw Sam Bossem and Loren Byers fall to No. 7 Andrew Lutschaunig and JJ Tracy, before the Buckeyes clinched the point as Charl Morgan and Pranav Nemani lost Cannon Kingsley and James Trotter, 6-3. 

Miko Eala and Stefan Simeunovic went 2-4, unfinished across from No. 32 Robert Cash and Justin Boulais. 

SINGLES 

The Buckeyes won courts one, five, and six to clinch the match 4-0.
