Men’s Tennis Announces 2024 Spring Schedule – Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech men’s tennis has announced its 2024 spring schedule. The Yellow Jackets are set to begin the season on Thursday, Jan. 14 versus Brown in the home opener. This season’s schedule is highlighted by 15 home matches, including three doubleheaders, at the Ken Byers Tennis Complex.

To begin its season, Tech will have five-straight home matches. Following the home opener against Brown, the Jackets will host Alabama (Jan. 15) and Presbyterian (Jan. 19). Tech will then host its first double-header of the season against Samford and Wofford (Jan. 21). Following their five-game home stint, the Jackets will be on the road for two non-conference matches against Pepperdine (Jan. 28) and UCSB (Jan. 29).

February begins with a home match against cross-town rival Georgia State (Feb. 2) before traveling to Athens for a “clean, old-fashioned hate” match against Georgia (Feb. 6). To wrap up the month, the Jackets will return home to host a double-header against UNCW and Mercer (Feb. 24).

In March, the Jackets will kick off conference play on the road with a North Carolina round up. Tech will begin the four-game road trip at UNC (March 1), with the next stop at Duke (March 3), and the third stop at Wake Forest (March 8). Before heading home, Tech will face NC State to round out the road stretch (March 10).

After the four-game swing, Georgia Tech will return home and continue conference play against Clemson (March 13). Tech will then host their second double header against Boston College and The Citadel (March 15). The Jackets will conclude the month of March hosting a pair of conference matches at the Ken Byers Tennis Complex. Tech will start with Florida State (March 28) and will then play Miami (March 30).

The White and Gold will finish out the regular season in conference play as they begin April on the road at Louisville (April 5) and Notre Dame (April 7). The Jackets will return home for their final two matches of the regular season facing Virginia Tech (April 11) and UVA (April 13).

The ACC Championships will take place in Cary, N.C. from Wednesday, April 17 to Sunday, April 21.
