Tech advanced to the semifinals in 2018 after topping the Orange, 4-2, but Syracuse pulled out the win in 2019.

Last season, Tech went 1-1 in the ACC Championship, topping Boston College, 4-0, in second round action before falling to Miami in a tight 4-3 match in the quarterfinals. The ACC Championship will take place at the Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. from April 19-23. The semifinal match featuring the highest remaining seed and the championship match will broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.

Tech concluded regular season action on Sunday, upsetting No. 13 Miami, 4-3. Senior Rosie Garcia Gross clinched the victory from the No. 5 seed, rallying from a set down and facing match point to capture a three-set triumph.
