GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 23 Vanderbilt women’s tennis team fell to No. 18 Florida 6-1 on Friday.
Florida started strong, clinching the doubles point with wins on Court 1 and Court 2. The Gators brought that momentum into singles play, earning the three additional points to win the match. The teams finished the remaining singles matches with a 10-point tiebreaker, where the Dores were able to pick up a point from Anessa Lee’s victory on Court 4.
