Cougars Heading to Eugene for Duck Invitational


PULLMAN, Wash. (Oct. 31, 2024) – The Washington State Women’s Tennis team will head to Eugene, Ore. to participate in the Duck Invitational, Nov. 1-3, at the Student Tennis Center.
 
The format of the tournament will have teams playing singles matches against one opponent, and doubles against a different team. Teams participating in the Duck Invitational include Washington State, host Oregon, Boise State, Gonzaga, Idaho and Seattle.

Friday, Nov. 1
10:15 a.m.         WSU vs. Gonzaga Doubles
11 a.m.              WSU vs. Seattle Doubles
1:30 p.m.           WSU vs. Idaho Singles
 
Saturday, Nov. 2
9:30 a.m.           WSU vs. Idaho Doubles
11 a.m.              WSU vs. Oregon Singles
 
Sunday, Nov. 3
1:30 p.m.           WSU vs. Boise State Singles
 
The Cougars roster at the Duck Invitational includes senior Hania Abouelsaad, sophomore Martina Markov, and freshmen Chisato Kanemaki, Martina Puvill and Madhu Satishbabu.
