ROME, Ga. (theACC.com) – Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech and NC State posted wins on Thursday in the second round of the 2022 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis Championship at the Rome Tennis Center at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. The second round featured two upsets, as No. 12 seed Clemson ousted No. 5 seed Duke, 4-3, while No. 10 seed Georgia Tech knocked out No. 7 seed Miami, 4-1.
 
No. 8 seed Florida State outlasted No. 9 seed Notre Dame, 4-3, and No. 6 seed NC State toppled No. 11 seed Virginia Tech, 4-1.
 
The quarterfinals start at 10 a.m. Friday with top-seeded Virginia facing off with Florida State and No. 4 Louisville battling Duke. The 12:30 p.m. quarterfinals feature No. 2 Wake Forest playing Georgia Tech and No. 3 North Carolina taking on NC State.
 
The semifinals will be played at 10 a.m. Saturday, while the championship match is slated for 10 a.m. Sunday. The Saturday semifinal match featuring the highest remaining seed and the Sunday championship match will broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.
 
Championship ticket passes are $25. One-day entry passes are $10 for adults and $7 for children (age 9-17) and non-ACC college students. Children (8 and under) and ACC college students (with valid ID) are admitted free of charge.
