TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –– Members of the Alabama men’s tennis team will compete in the TuscaBama UTR beginning Saturday. The three-day event will be held at the Tuscaloosa Tennis Center and the Crimson Tide’s Alabama Tennis Stadium.

Schedule
- Filip Planinsek and Andrii and Zimnokh will open play in doubles at the Tuscaloosa Tennis Center at 8:30 a.m. CT
- Yair Sarouk and Matias Ponce De Leon open doubles play 15 minutes later at the Alabama Tennis Stadium
- All five UA competitors will begin singles play on their home courts as Roan Jones and Planinsek compete at 10 a.m., and Sarouk, Ponce De Leon and Zimnokh play in the first round at noon
The Crimson Tide
- Planinsek and Zimnokh return to the courts after advancing to the ITA National Fall Championships as the Southern Regional Doubles Champion
- Jones is coming off a dominant singles performance at the Georgia Tech Invite, going undefeated in the event with three wins
- Ponce De Leon and Sarouk have also put together strong fall performances as Ponce De Leon reached the semifinals in singles at the ITA Southern Regional Championships and Sarouk who went undefeated in doubles action at the SEC-Big Ten Challenge
