THE FLATS – After three weeks on the road, Georgia Tech women’s tennis returns home to open a five-match homestand this weekend with a pair of top 10 teams, welcoming No. 1 North Carolina on Friday and No. 9 Duke on Sunday. Friday’s match will also serve as the Think Pink match and fans are encouraged to wear pink.

SCOUTING TECH – The Yellow Jackets look to get back to winning ways this weekend and snap a two-match skid. Tech concluded a five-match road swing this past weekend, dropping close matches at No. 4 NC State, 4-3, and No. 29 Wake Forest, 4-2. Carol Lee went undefeated in singles action, collecting a pair of ranked wins. She improved her dual match record to 9-0. Kylie Bilchev also picked up a ranked singles win over the weekend, moving to 8-1 in dual play, while Mahak Jain collected a pair of singles wins to improve to 9-2 this spring.
SCOUTING NORTH CAROLINA – North Carolina comes into the weekend undefeated, sitting atop the ACC standings at 4-0. The Tar Heels won their fourth-straight ITA National Team Indoor Championships title last month, defeating then-No. 3 Georgia, 4-0. Most recently, UNC topped Louisville and Notre Dame in Chapel Hill, 6-1 and 7-0, respectively. The Tar Heels are led by Fiona Crawley at the No. 1 position, owning a 12-1 dual record this season, dropping her only match to Lea Ma of Georgia on Feb. 1. The junior went undefeated in the fall, capturing the singles titles at the 2022 ITA Fall National Championships and ITA All-American Championships. UNC leads the all-time series, 40-12, and has taken the last six meetings.
SCOUTING DUKE – Duke has won five of its past six matches coming into the weekend, most recently coming off wins against Notre Dame and Louisville. Duke’s only conference loss of the season came in a 4-3 decision at then-No. 20 Virginia. The Blue Devils are guided by Chloe Beck at the No. 1 singles position, boasting a 12-0 dual record thus far. The senior has dropped only two ACC matches in her collegiate career…
