TUCSON – The Arizona women’s tennis team is set to begin its fall schedule in San Francisco, Calif., this weekend at the Battle in the Bay. Kayla Wilkins and Midori Castillo-Meza will repesent the Wildcats at the event.
The duo will begin play Thursday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. MST in the doubles main draw. Wilkins and Castillo-Meza will take on Pepperdine’s Anna Campana and Nikki Redelijk in the opening round.
In singles, Castillo-Meza will take on VCU’s Yelizaveta Karlova at 12 p.m. MST and Wilkins will play Isabel Pascual of TCU at 4:30 p.m. MST.

10 a.m. (MST) – Wilkins/Castillo-Meza vs. Anna Campana/Nikki Redelijk (Pepperdine)
12:00 p.m. (MST) – Castillo-Meza vs. Yelizaveta Karlova (VCU)
4:30 p.m. (MST) – Wilkins vs. Isabel Pascual (TCU)
