Previously On- Last season Arizona defeated GCU and extended their series lead to 6-0 after a 7-0 victory. This is the sixth win that Wildcats have earned at home against the Lopes. The Cas hope to keep their streak this Friday.
 
ITA Ranks- These past two weeks Arizona earned the highest ITA Ranking in program history reaching No.9. The Cats hold three singles and three doubles rankings. No.6 Colton Smith, No.39 Jay Friend, No.76 Gustaf Strom, No.11 Colton Smith/Jay Friend, No. Colton Smith/Herman Hoeyeraal, No.49 Alexander Rozin/Gustaf Strom represent Arizona in the list.
 
Looking Ahead- The Wildcats compete in the Diablos College Tennis Invitational from the 1^st to the 3^rd. The teams apart of the tournament are Arizona State, Arizona, Grand Canyon, Michigan, Michigan State, Boise State, Liberty, and VCU. The Cats are guaranteed to play Saturday either in the championship or consolation bracket.
