Wildcats Fall to Kentucky in NCAA Second Round


LEXINGTON, KY. — After sweeping ETSU in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, Northwestern was eliminated by No. 8 Kentucky on Saturday, falling 4-2 in a highly contested second round.

The Wildcats reached the Tournament for the eighth time under Head Coach Arvid Swan and advanced to the regional for the sixth time in the last decade.
