Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg – Virginia men’s tennis junior Chris Rodesch is competing in a Davis Cup World Group II tie this weekend in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg. He is representing Luxembourg in a tie against South Africa.
Rodesch is scheduled to compete in singles and play doubles with Florida State alum Alex Knaff.
The tie takes place Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 4-5.
This is Rodesch’s fourth time playing in Davis Cup ties for Luxembourg with a 5-2 overall singles record. He was part of last year’s squad, earning Luxembourg a World Group II promotion.
