CARY, N.C. — The Vanderbilt women’s tennis pair of Anessa Lee and Célia-Belle Mohr remained alive at the ITA All-American Championship after winning their first match in the doubles consolation draw Thursday at the Cary Tennis Center.
The pair advanced with a straight-sets victory and will now face a team from Arkansas in Friday’s quarterfinals. The match is set to get underway at 10 a.m. CT.
Earlier in the day Mohr fell to the seventh-ranked player in the nation in the second round of the main singles draw.
