Utah sweeps Colorado State 7-0

Minnesota

SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah women’s tennis program collected its fourth complete sweep this season as the Utes downed Colorado State 7-0 on Sunday afternoon.

“I am pleased with the response to Friday’s match today,” said head coach Ric Mortera. “The group is starting to show some of the maturity and growth that we are expecting of them. It was great to have Samantha [Horwood] back in the lineup and to see our seniors, Kat [Lyman] and Ana [Luiza Cruz], playing at the level they are capable of. We look forward to continuing to work and focus on improving.”
