USC Women's Tennis Set For ITA All-American Championships

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Following a weekend full of competition, the Women of Troy continue fall action this weekend at the ITA All-American Championships in Cary, North Carolina. Six Trojans will represent the Cardinal and Gold at the tournament, which runs from September 30 through October 8.
 
Graduate student Eryn Cayetano, sophomore Emma Charney, redshirt junior Snow Han and senior Naomi Cheong all look to score big for the Trojans in doubles play, while Cayetano and Charney (prequalifying) will also see action in the singles draw. Juniors Grace Piper and Parker Fry will tackle women’s doubles prequalifying play with a chance at making the main draw on the line.
 
Han returns to the tournament following a round of 32 finishes in 2022 as the lone Trojan representative last season, while Cayetano makes her first return to the tournament since her semi-final finish back in 2021. Charney, Cheong, Piper and Frye will be making their ITA All-American Championships debuts this week as well.

ABOUT ITA ALL-AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS:

Since 1983, the ITA Women’s All-American Championships have featured the nation’s top NCAA Division I players and have been a pioneer in women’s college tennis. In addition, the event has created milestones that have directly influenced the popularity of women’s collegiate tennis over the years.
