PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Head coach Hilary Ritchie has announced the fall 2022 schedule for the Rutgers women’s tennis team. The Scarlet Knights will compete in five tournaments, traveling to Princeton and Yale twice, in addition to Dartmouth.
“I am very excited about the upcoming year and our schedule,” Ritchie said. “Our team will play a very strong regional schedule this fall. We are also fortunate to be hosting a lot of home matches this upcoming spring, which will be beneficial for our student-athletes.”
To kick off its season, Rutgers will travel to New Haven, Connecticut to compete in Yale’s Bulldog Invitational from Sept. 23 to 25.
From there, the team will return to New Jersey for ITA Regionals, hosted by Princeton from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2. About two weeks later, from Oct. 14 to 16, RU will return to the home of the Tigers for the Princeton Invitational.
Those Scarlet Knights who qualify, will once again make the trek to Yale for the ITA Super Regionals, from Oct. 21 to 23.
Finally, to end the fall slate from Nov. 4 to 6, Rutgers will compete in the Big Green Tournament at Dartmouth for the second consecutive season.
