3,000 retweets can’t be wrong.
The point that Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz played at 4-2, 0-15 in the first set of their Miami Open semifinal was well and truly out of this world.

After the match both players were asked about the amazing point – certainly the point of the year on the ATP Tour at the moment, and another reason to get behind get on the Alcaraz v Sinner bandwagon (if you haven’t already, where have you been?).
“I remember that point – it was and unbelievable point,” Alcaraz said. “When I lost that point, the first thing that came to my mind is like he’s unbeatable, this guy.”
Sinner also spoke about the incredulous nature of the wild rally.
“At some point I went backhand down the line and he was basically lying down, but he came up so fast,” Sinner said. “I wanted to go behind him, no, but he was there. And then after, I tried this shot, because firstly, I wanted to lob him but the ball was too low. So I went crosscourt, which was the right choice.”
Twitter had a good time with it as well. Several top players were watching the spectacle and chimed in on the bird app.
Sitting near the court for this and it’s the best point I’ve ever seen. https://t.co/1xt2PmvaSj
