Rain Cancels Road Match at UNLV

LAS VEGAS- After a four-hour rain delay, the Purdue men’s tennis team’s match against the UNLV Rebels was canceled Wednesday night.

Inclement weather prevented Purdue from competing in their second spring break match. Originally beginning with a 30-minute lightning delay, a storm caused a prolonged delay until 6 p.m. PT.

The Boilers began doubles play but were interrupted by more rain, causing the cancelation of the match.

The Boilermakers have four road matches remaining this spring, with all of them against Big Ten opponents.
