Popyrin jumps 39 spots to a career-high No.23. He’s now the No.2 Aussie behind World No.10 Alex de Minaur and will look to push higher this week in Cincinnati, where Gael Monfils will be his first-round opponent on Wednesday in Mason, Ohio.

The top five of the ATP rankings remains the same but there were some moves in the top 10, as De Minaur slid three spots from seven to 10 and Rublev, the Montreal runner up, move from No.8 to No.6.

Casper Ruud (No.7) and Grigor Dimitrov (No.8) each rose one spot.
