CLEMSON, S.C. โ€“ The No. 32 Clemson womenโ€™s tennis team (15-8, 3-7 ACC)ย  continues its slate of ranked matches on Saturday as it hosts No. 22 Georgia Tech (11-7, 5-5 ACC) at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility. First serve is scheduled for noon. It will be Clemsonโ€™s Military Appreciation Game.

The Tigers lead the Yellow Jackets 29-16 all-time, but Georgia Tech has won each of the last seven meetings between the two teams. Clemsonโ€™s last win in the matchup came in 2015.

Clemson is coming off a 1-1 weekend in which it defeated then No. 75 Virginia Tech but fell to No. 12 Virginia, both by a score of 4-3. Junior Dani Medvedeva has continued to thrive this season, sporting a stellar 17-3 record and clocking in at No. 84 in the latest ITA singles rankings.

Medvedeva and Cristina Mayorova have been sensational for the Tigers, boasting 17-3 and 16-6 records, respectively. Mayorova has won each of her last five singles matches on Court 2, including a victory over Virginiaโ€™s No. 43 Julia Adams in straight sets.
