TUCSON– No. 21 Arizona State Men’s Tennis (13-7, 1-1) heads to Tucson to take on in-state rival, No. 9 Arizona, at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center on Sunday, April 7 at 1 p.m. MST. The Sun Devils’ last two Sunday matches against USC and Stanford have been suspended or canceled due to weather.

The Wildcats have won the Territorial Cup in each of the last three seasons. The last time ASU beat Arizona was their 4-2 victory in Tucson on March 30, 2019. The Sun Devils also took home the Territorial Cup in 2018 during the program’s first season after being reinstated.

PREVIEWING THE NO. 9 WILDCATS (17-3, 3-1)
- Lost 4-3 to No. 33 Stanford in their most recent match last weekend.
- Opened Pac-12 play 3-0, with two victories in LA against No. 47 USC and No. 24 UCLA and a home win against No. 59 Cal.
- Arizona is 9-2 against ranked teams this season. The Wildcats have non-conference victories against No. 24 Baylor, No. 3 Texas, No. 12 Texas A&M, No. 36 Michigan, No. 15 Michigan State, and No. 11 Illinois.
