With the loss, USC wraps up their time at ITA Indoors 1-2 and drops to 5-3 on the season.

USC came out swinging in doubles, capturing the early point after wins on courts two and three. At singles five, Trojan Grace Piper (No. 103) answered the call as she’d beat No. 89 Anna Campana 6-2, 7-5 to even the score.

Pepperdine pulled ahead as No. 6 Savannah Broadus downed USC’s No. 20 ranked Emma Charney 6-3, 6-3 on court two. The Waves rallied to clinch the match as Jasmine Conway would defeat Koenig 7-6(8), 6-2 on court six to seal the win for Pepperdine.
