CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Penn State men’s tennis team will compete at the 2022 ITA Atlantic Regional beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 19. The tournament is hosted by the University of Virginia at the Virginia Tennis Facility.
All nine Nittany Lions on the roster will take part in the singles portion of the event, with eight also competing in the Men’s Open Doubles.
Penn State’s Pranev Nemani, Harrison Janes, and Andrei Paduraru open their singles play in the Bronze Draw on Wednesday (day one). Charl Morgan, Malik Bhatnagar, Sam Bossem, and Ismail Saadi follow up in singles play on Thursday in the Silver Draw (day two), before Loren Byers and Miko Eala compete in the Gold Draw Singles on Saturday (day four).
In doubles, partners Nemani and Paduraru start their competition on Wednesday in the Bronze Draw Doubles (day one). Saadi and Janes will take part in the Silver Draw on Friday (day three). Duos Bossem and Bhatnagar and Morgan and Eala will open their doubles play in the Gold Draw on Saturday (day four).
