The University of North Carolina men’s tennis team tied for third place in the final Atlantic Coast Conference regular season standings. As the No. 4 seed, Carolina earned a double-bye to Friday’s quarterfinal round.
The Tar Heels will play the winner of No. 12 seed Clemson and No. 5 seed Florida State in the quarterfinal round on Friday. Action will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Cary Tennis Park.

The quarterfinals start at 3:30 p.m. Friday with top-seeded Virginia facing off with the Miami-Georgia Tech winner and No. 4 North Carolina battling Boston College, Clemson or Florida State. The 6 p.m. quarterfinals feature No. 2 Duke playing the Louisville-Notre Dame winner and No. 3 NC State battling the Wake Forest-Virginia Tech winner.
The semifinals will be played at 2 p.m. Saturday, with the championship match slated for 2 p.m. Sunday.
Single-day tickets are priced at $10 for adults (ages 18 and older; children under 9 and ACC students get in free with school ID) and $7 for youth ages 17 and under. A full Championship pass for all five days is priced at $25. Tickets may be purchased online. All seating for the tournament is General Admission.
