LONDON — Mission accomplished!
Desirae Krawczyk and Neal Skupski have defended their Mixed Doubles title at Wimbledon, defeating Matthew Ebden and Samantha Stosur, 6-4, 6-3, on Thursday.
Krawczyk, who won three majors in 2021 — the French Open, U.S. Open with Joe Salisbury and Wimbledon with Skupski — nets her fourth career Grand Slam title. They’re also the first duo to win consecutive mixed doubles titles at Wimbledon since 1997.

That’s not all for Krawczyk at Wimbledon just yet. On Friday, she and partner Danielle Collins will compete in the Women’s Doubles semifinals. They’ll meet the top-seeded pairing of Elise Mertens and Shuai Zhang.
